About Us
We are Karen Sifton,
M.Ed., E-RYT(registered at the 500 hour level with
Yoga Alliance) and Roger Hornsby, M.A., RYT, LMT, CEEMP - teachers in the field of
mind/body energy for a combined total of more than 45 years. In addition to
Energy workshops, we teach ongoing classes in both hatha yoga and the Chinese
martial art T'ai Chi Ch'uan
at our center, the Tallapoosa Center Carrollton , Georgia
We have been heavily influenced by such diverse teachers as G.I. Gurdjieff (a Russian philosopher and mystic), Richard Moss, M.D. (a contemporary teacher of the principles of personal and group energy), Joel Kramer (a contemporary yoga adept and teacher in the field of human consciousness), Erich Schiffmann (another contemporary teacher of yoga and meditation) and A Course in Miracles. Our goal is to bring the benefits of the disciplines we teach to as many lives as possible. We currently reside onBlackjack Mountain Carroll County , Georgia
